I want to sincerely thank you for the (major!) part you played in the selling of my house. I know it must have been a challenge due to its many “unusual problems” and I truly appreciate the professionalism and honesty you showed when dealing with them.
I know my house was not the only one you were working with at the time, but I always felt you had a sincere interest in sell mine: you truly became “my” realtor. You treated me with respect and patience, and were in constant communication which helped relieve any confusion or frustration on my part. I’m convinced the reason my house is now sold, whereas others around the areas are still not, is due to your diligent contact and follow-through with the buyer. Garrett has been instrumental in helping my family find and purchase our first home. He's been thoughtful and his excellent communication skills kept us updated throughout the whole process.
From the very beginning, Garrett provided insight into the home purchase process. He would arrive on-time or close to on time during appointments. If he did run late, he would inform us in advance so that we were aware. He was professional and polite to us, the buyers and to all the individuals we encountered during our home search. At no time did we feel pressured to close on a home or that we were wasting the agent's time. All of our questions, calls and text messages were answered promptly and efficiently. Garrett was personable and made sure we were happy with our purchase. Upon personal requests we were also provided quality contacts to contractors for other home related procedures such as appriasals, termite inspections and other renovation work around the home.
The difference between Masciel Real Estate Co. and other realtors we've worked with is Garrett truly enjoys his craft. He enjoys working with and helping people and you can see it in him as a person.
